Tyrone one of the associates at this particular Fitness Center was able to work me through an issue I was having with my account. All good now. Alot of new equipment in the gym as well. Hope I can put it to good use.

Best staff ever!! Deena is amazing! Very professional and gives the absolute best customer service. I’ve been coming to the Arlington location for 15 years and it’s at its ultimate high. Couldn’t be happier with all the changes and all the new staff!!

The manager Landon really cares about the members and is beyond professional. Without hesitation, he immediately helped me out with something that only the manager was able to help me with! He just wants to help people at the end of the day and takes his job very seriously, and it shows. These kind of employees make me proud to be a member at this location for sure. I am very satisfied knowing the staff has your back 24/7 and take pride in their work.

Kim, tyrone & AJ were the best people at the gym! They helped me tremendously, the gym is also very clean and organized…I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking a gym new or a veteran at the gym, the vibes here are amazing!!!!

Mya and Tyron are a big help when it comes to working out here at fitness. They let me know the latest info on gym membership subscription, good benefits and even try to help out with my workouts! If you haven’t been here YOU NEED YO COME ASAP AND GET WORK IN WITH THEM.

Tristen was very helpful and friendly when i asked for help finding a good machine to replace one of the crunch machines i used to use that was gone after the remodel. the big plus was that the machine feels amazing and i dont have to sulk the loss of my old favorite crunch machine. if you need advice 100% feel comfortable asking him.

Out of all the Fitness Connections this location is so amazing. First and foremost 10/10 on the clean sauna. And the gym is well equipped with any exercise you need. The b-ball court has good vibes and the machines are clean. Cant wait to see the new classes they add in the future!!

**Fitness Connection Review** Fitness Connection has plenty of exercise equipment, and they typically stock four or five of the most popular machines, so availability is rarely an issue. They recently expanded and added an artificial turf area in the center of the gym. It includes about a 20–25 foot runway with steps at the end that you climb, circle around, and walk back down. It’s a unique setup — not something you commonly see in most gyms. At $10 per month, the membership is very affordable. It’s inexpensive enough that you barely notice the automatic withdrawals — even if, like me, you haven’t gone in five or six months.
